What is "Coaching One to One"?

That's the beauty of this program. You don't even have to leave your office!  All consultation is done over the phone.

What is "Coaching One to One"?

"Coaching One to One" was developed to help originators meet their productivity goals. As an originator, you need to build your business as any business would. To do this, you need three things:

You also need a coach who has been where you are and knows how to get you to the next level.

How Does the Program Work?
The "Coaching One to One" is broken down into phases that over time increase your production dramatically. Here's what you can expect:

Phase One: Initial Interview (1-2 hours)
Through the initial interview, we'll discuss what you are currently doing on a day to day basis. From that conversation, suggestions will be made to organize your business, diversify your marketing strategy, and increase your daily productivity. Based on those suggestions, and your input, we develop a detailed business structure, marketing plan and business plan. This includes time management issues, staffing issues, cost factors and logistical flow of information.

Phase Two: Plan Development (2 weeks)
Based on our extensive evaluation of your business, our experts go to work. They'll formulate a step by step, day by day business plan that is easy to follow and even easier to implement. You'll know exactly what you need to do to reach your goals. Your success rate is based upon the percentage of items you complete.

Phase Three: Monthly Meeting (30 Minutes per Session for 12 months)
Now that you're well on your way to reaching your goals, we wouldn't want you to take your plan and put it into the "I'm going to get to it soon" pile. To prevent this from happening you choose how often you need accountability. It can be anywhere from daily to weekly to monthly. We will of course make a suggestion to you based on the personality profile we conduct in phase one.

Phase Four: Business Expansion (Ongoing business planning)
Now that your business is soaring, you'll want to keep it that way. The business expansion plan allows you to continue to build your business through the use of a developmental plan and further accountability.
